11 AM - Registration
Arrive at the venue, get your name card with your table number.
11:30 AM - Opening Remarks
That is correct, I am only giving you 30 minutes to register. We will begin promptly at 11:30, please be timely and prompt!
12 PM - Lunch
Lunch will be served
12:30 PM - Chapter Awards
Each SE Region Chapter that attends will have the opportunity to nominate and aware the following: Sister of the Year (chapter level), Alumnae of the Year (chapter level), and SE Chapter of the Year (Regional). chapter level awards will be announced. Any prizes such as trophies or gifts will be up to the individual chapters to give during Free Time.
1:30 PM - Free Time
This is the time to give gifts, take photos that we will not be taking during the Photos time, and time to network and connect.
2:30 PM - Photos
This is the time for official photos. We will do in order: Actives photo (all actives), alumni photo (all alumni), neo photo (all neos), and then lastly a picture with all sisters. Any other photos such as chapter photos or family photos should be done during Free time or at any other time during the event.
4 PM - Event End
Between the last photos and 4 PM, we will have said our goodbyes and be out of the venue by 4 PM. For sisters who bought aquarium tickets, you can enter the aquarium from 4 PM to close (normally 9 PM).
